Together with a team of professionals we transformed the concept of shopping centers in Ecuador and took the first step to create autonomous urban spaces within cities. We had clear goals and with them to date we have managed to generate more than 5,000 jobs throughout the country. But we want to do much more.

We started in Guayaquil and have expanded throughout the main economic centers of the country. Year after year we set new goals to complement what we create, to transform each of the industries in which we have ventured.

Our first step was in the real estate sector and we have generated connections between each of the sectors that interest us, we have expanded into other productive areas: agriculture, the snack industry and other edible products, such as the export of exotic fruits that are produced in our country.

We venture into a new concept of obtaining energy through sugar cane, we generate alliances with mining explorations through Adventus and we are strategic partners of the first Smart Deep Water Port, DP World.

At no time have we neglected the social, we founded Innobis, Tecnobis, Fundación Nobis and The Nobis Foundation. We expand education through technology through United for Education. We believe in economic growth, but also that a sustainable economy must be comprehensive to serve an entire country.

We have transformed every industry we enter and we want to continue doing so.
